In January 2022 we were awarded the contract to convert the grade II listed Red lion public house in Bottesford into two luxurious semi detached properties. Throughout the project we had to maintain the historical fabric of the building using traditional materials and methods whilst achieving modern day building regulations. We also constructed a new four bedroom detached property in the exciting car park to the public house. We completed this project in 12 months.

We purchased the plot in February 2019 with full planning permission. The property was developed by ourselves with a completion date set at 6 months. The property was completed and sold in September 2019, achieving the plan of action, and the sale was the icing on the cake beating all expectations.

Westdale lane

Here we added a 87m2 single storey extension, adding four new consulting rooms and a waiting area on to the existing Doctors surgery. The project was awarded to us from a recommendation of 'Edge'. who managed the building project. We also carried out some modification on the existing building during the time we were on site.

The Nook

Here we extended a bungalow, linking the separate existing garage and going up another level creating a dormer roof. The customer had a great input in deciding on the finishes including the Ash wood open staircase and the great features in the bathrooms and ensuites.

We recently undertook a new build project where we supplied locally sourced stone from the vale of belvoir. With our skilled stone masons, we constructed the external skin of masonry in traditional lime mortar. With the stone finished window details, we were very pleased and proud of the outcome.
