In brief, 14 years successfully climbing the property ladder, 4 properties, including one significant home extension later, we required builders to convert a tired 1950’s bungalow and adjacent 1980’s brick garage into a modern, bespoke 2-storey 5 bedroom home. ARC was chosen ahead of 3 competitors because of their expertise, pragmatic approach, clear and friendly communication, cost-effective quote and discernible ambition to progress as a company. Now our work is essentially complete, but for landscaping which has been stalled due to UK Covid-19 lockdown, we are elated with every aspect of our new home from its exterior appearance to the quality, detail, and finishing of internal fixtures.
